Just saw this offer in my Samsung Pay app on my phone. You can also use it online at stores like Newegg and Walmart (Free store pickup) if you link your Visa card through Visa Checkout. I just made several individual purchases at Walmart to pick up some extra points. Not sure if this is targeted so YMMV?
