Looks like a pretty great price on the PicoBrew PICO Model C. Currently $400 on Amazon, and the latest $200 deal I saw on here was certified refurbished and not new.
From what I gather, this model allows you to buy pre-made "Picopaks" from popular brewers, as well as Picopaks you can design yourself on the website, to home brew a batch of beer. You can also use the connected app to customize the brew a bit based on a few configurations.
According to at least one user in the Woot comments, they may sell empty Picopaks so that you can add your own ingredients to make your own brew, as well.
May not be the most economical way of homebrewing, and you’ll get more control with a more expensive system, but this seems like a great way for beginners to get started and at this price point, it seemed like a no brainer to me.
