The Lords of Waterdeep Dungeons & Dragons Board game for IOS and Android is on sale for $3.99 (normally $9.99). The IOS version does not have great reviews, but I find the android version to be quite good.
This has pass & play local multiplayer or online multiplayer through the Playdek service.
