Needs Ram & OS.
I have a small AMD E350 mini pc which cant run HD video well. Figure I can transfer windows license and ddr3 Ram and should be perfect media streamer. Can’t speak to the Dual Core model but I have the J1900 in another PC and its been fast and reliables. Seems like a good vesa mountable pc 2 throw on the back of a monitor and make a DIY all in one PC.
