The Craftsman Brand no longer belongs to Sears. It was sold to Black & Decker/Stanley tools. Craftsman tools are now being sold at Ace Hardware and Lowes in addition to Sears.
Stanley offers a similar less expensive tool. This (the Craftsman) one has different coated handles making for a more comfortable grip.
