Similar to other Prime Video Amazon Season Pass offers, Arrow season 7 is $3.99 for HD, $2.99 for SD. Just make sure to buy the season and episodes will be added typically 1 day after they are aired. Sadly they appear to have not screwed up Flash (or I missed it).
