Premier Protein Class Action Settlement (No Receipts Required)

If you purchased Premier Protein Ready-To-Drink Protein Shakes at any time from August 8, 2011, through October 12, 2018, you may be affected by a class action settlement.
If you didn’t keep your receipts, you are still allowed to request refund for up to 40 products. You can claim for $0.50 per purchased shake of Premier Protein Shake Products, up to $20.00 in cash with no proof needed.
If you did keep receipts, you can submit a claim for $1 per purchased shake of Premier Protein Shake Products up to $40.00 in cash. That means you can submit for up to 40 shakes that you have proof of purchase for.
