Found this basketball while shopping for my 3 year old. Many of the low end basketballs of other brands have poor reviews for longevity issues, but this is a great price and has good reviews for a low-end priced ball. Ball is 29.5" inches (official size), Normal price is $17 on amazon and Walmart.
