I have this pan.
Victoria is a company that it out of Colombia and has been around since 1939. They have actually bought equipment from Le Creuset and if you notice the pan designs are very similar. The finish on the Victoria pans are noticeably smoother than any of my Lodge’s. Only my old Wagners are smoother.
Another reason I like this pan over the Lodge is the handles. The primary handle is much longer and is easy to use with one or two hands. The helper handle is also larger than the Lodge’s. The weight is 1 pound less than the comparable Lodge’s and the pour spouts have a wide flare and are well designed.
I am going to be cooking some pork steaks tonight on this very pan.
