GameStop has the 2017 Version of the NVIDIA Shield Controller on clearance for $21.97, available only for in store pickup. My local store only had one, but just doing a search on their website shows a bunch (now a few) of other stores with stock in the NE Ohio area. YMMV
The GameStop site has a weird "D & H Distributors" as the manufacturer with no image, but it was definitely a retail packaged controller by NVIDIA, the latest "slimmer" version with the built-in mic.
