At ~$35 for 6 sensors which works out to about ~$5.84 each.
I don’t know of any cheaper smart zigbee contact sensor. I have been looking around and have generally found the lowest to be ~$12 per sensor.
I got these working with both wink (no temperature reporting) and smartthings.

[edit] I just saw the sensors for ADT selling for $5 but with these you can use with other hubs not just the ADT hub.
