The price and availability is a YMMV depending where you live. Sale starts either today or tomorrow, also depending on your location. Here in South FL, the sale starts on Thursday.
These are protein bars made from whole foods, not whey or soy powder. The company does a poor job of listing ingredients and nutritional info on their website. It appears the bars range from 10 to 17 grams of protein depending on flavor.
Regular price elsewhere for these are $3 per bar. Obviously this is not for everyone, as many are happy with bars like Quest or Kirkland which are higher protein for $1 to $2 per bar. I am just curious to try some of these flavors, especially at this price.
