I know recently Walmart had a crazy deal on this grill (I think it was $169). But I wasnt able to find one near my area.
Then I saw one at Home Depot with "Clearance" price on Brickseek (zip code 20401)

It was 15 min drive from where I lived so I just went there and asked a staff member to check the price (the box was at the top shelf so it was impossible to scan it but when I gave him SKU # which is #1002099291, he entered the # using his scanner and he told me the price is $399)
I know this is not a crazy deal like the Walmart one but I thought this was a decent deal for Genesis II E-310.
OH, and if you are okay with natural gas version, some Lowes have natural gas one for $280
