I found this deal in the Surface subreddit, linked directly below. According to some users there, however, they do not ship to California, Hawaii or Alaska So. It does, however, appear to come via free shipping, which is, guessing based on the shipping estimates to Michigan, 2- or 3-day UPS shipping.
