True Temper Outdoor Yard & Snow Hand Tools – Clearance 50% off @ Lowe’s $3.5

Lowe’s is clearing out True Temper garden & snow tools to make way for Craftsman. At my local Lowe’s these were marked at the normal price, mixed in with identical Craftsman tools which looked like rebranded versions of the same thing. All tools were 50% or more off of the normal price.
