When you add it to your cart, and select a US address, VAT is subtracted, and the price drops to GBP 98.32. Finally, add standard shipping to get a total price of GBP 107.02. If you have an American Express card with zero foreign transaction fees, pay with that, and you can save a little over Amazon’s exchange fees. Otherwise, if you allow Amazon to convert the price to USD, the price should be $145.19 — still, significantly lower than the best deals in the US.
The remote and hub are the same as the US version, but you can either buy a US adapter for $10, or use any USB micro adapter to charge the remote. The Logitech charger version is P/N 993-001117, and can be found here (thanks 71sbeetle):
