I’ve seen this ladder at $100 a few times on SD (including right now, I think), but not with wheels. Looks like at least a few stores have those on clearance, with wheels, for $99.98. The wheels are about $18 when purchased separately, so definitely a nice bonus for this relatively heavy but strong and versatile ladder if you can find it.
