You can get this deal by visiting the nearest Costco Warehouse or a participating Military location to purchase your device.
What do I need to do?
Purchase a new Apple iPhone X, XR, XS, or XS Max at Full Retail Price (or on EIP via Costco Direct Delivery or Military location) during the promo period to use with any postpaid T-Mobile voice plan.
Activate or add on required new lines of voice service:
New customers must activate at least 2 new voice lines to qualify (the new device’s EIP must be associated with one of the two new lines).
Existing customers must add on at least 1 new voice line to qualify (the new device’s EIP must be associated with the new line).
Trade in an eligible device in good condition on the same order as your new iPhone.
Eligible trade-ins: iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, and X.

You’ll need to submit for your rebate using promo code WA750APPLE online at www.promotions.t-mobile.com/.
