Chase Southwest Airlines credit card 60,000 Rapid Rewards bonus point offer

All cards have 60k miles SUB
-All personal are $2k minimum spend
-Business card is $3k minimum spend
-Annual Fee is NOT waived on any of these cards
To my knowledge this matches the all-time best offer on these cards.
The urgency would (likely) be more around a personal card as the biz card has regularly been at 60k all year (and even further back than that). Of course there’s always a risk that they reduce that offer someday in the future.
AF is not waived BUT the AF has never been waived on a SW offer to my knowledge.
