Join Target Circle for free and receive 2x 5% off coupons + 1% cash back on purchases

Received notice to join a new program from Target called Target Circle. You can get 1% cash back on purchase. Red card holders get 5% cash back when paid with red card.
When I joined, I received an email with a 5% off coupon which expires 5/25/19. There was a link asking me to verify my birthday for a birthday gift. I put 5/14 which is today. I then got another 5% off coupon which expires 5/21/19. There are some exclusions like no PS4 hardware, Apple, and Legos but not much.
Looks like coupons only valid in store. If you have the target app, they’ll be added automatically so you don’t have print them out.
