Both models are priced at $149, and it includes all accessories needed.

According to reviews, the adapter is not noticeable (both in comfort and in weight) once you put on the headset and are playing a game. Supposedly the framerate and quality stays the same with no perceptible latency. The microphone doesn’t work with the default software, but you can get that along with reportedly better image and signal quality using OpenTPCast (free software, but requires a $25 license due to VirtualHere ).
Shipping is not free – standard Fedex ground is about $40.
