Just found this today and today (7/31/2019) is the last day of the deal.
Buy an annual plan and get the $10 amazon card, apparently in 1 week according to the information in my account page. That makes the final cost around $9.99 plus any taxes. Seems like a good deal. UHD cost much more than standard 1080 HD. For less than $1/month, I figure some might be interested.
