this is my favorite whey and I’ve tried half a dozen brands at this point (I do NOT like ON Gold for comparison) it is a good combo of Isolate+Concentrate with extremely low carbs that won’t kick you out of ketosis and you can tell it’s more isolate than concentrate because the cholesterol is very low when pure concentrate is higher (compare myprotein isolate vs concentrate)
it instantizes really well (mixes into water) and the vanilla is the best flavor because it has the most protein for the lowest amount of grams (cookies and cream is also nice but I don’t want my whey to taste chocolatey)
try using a half-sized scoop AM + PM instead of one fulled sized, most people don’t need a full 25grams of protein per serving

but note all chocolate flavors from all makers require more product per serving for the same protein as vanilla or plain and have higher fiber
