Yes, they are not cheap. Yes they are awesome. I bought one from them 5 years ago and I like it even more now. You can read threads for more details and info. I also wrote on my build process from start (attached in post #1).
Back then, their site was pretty bare, but now they have many useful videos on how to set it up and such. Their covers are also organic cotton and mine held up very nicely after 5 years. And trust me, I am hard on my mattresses with previous two coil ones developing holes!
