YMMV, but at my local Target I found a bunch of Stomp Rocket Dueling Super High Flying Rockets with Launch Pad for $6.28. I checked Brickseek for the area and it looks like about half of the stores near me have it marked down to $6.28 from the normal $19.99 as well.
