I’ve been looking for an affordable belt garage opener and found this one at Sears last night:

The price is $150 with free store pickup or paid shipping, but SYW members also get $25 in ‘freecash’ points you can apply during the checkout process (marked YMMV since it may be different for others, expires today 20 NOV), PLUS $100 back in points (4 x $25 every 2 weeks) for a total of $125 + $100 in points.
Note that I had errors checking out when selecting an appliance showroom for pickup, you may have to choose a store that has it in stock already.
