Amex offers – Olive Garden – Spend $50 or more (in store only), get $15 back – until 12/31/2019 YMMV

I just saw this pop up on my amex offers. It is, unfortunately, only valid in restaurant.
However, it does not appear to exclude gift cards. So maybe buying a $50 gift card in the restaurant will trigger this? Data points welcome!
Enjoy!
