You must download and open the Chick-fil-A One app, have a registered profile, and login on 01/13/20 with location services enabled for the offer to load to your account.
The Freebie is for your choice of either an 8 Ct. Breaded Chicken Nuggets or Kale Side Salad.
Once loaded to your account, the offer is valid thru 01/31/20.
