was $150 yesterday. honestly not sure if great deal, i am not familiar with ram specs!

currently i am in the market for 64gb.
160×2 = 320
these OLOy sticks would be 250, a savings of $70
which is the better deal? all help/comments are appreciated. even after a lot of googling and reading the actual practical real world impact of the different timings (not looking to overclock) is very unclear to me.
