I placed an order Sunday night, was displaying 1-2 business day delivery. No automatic order confirmation is sent to email, nor can you pull up order history before you get a confirmation. Late last night (Weds), received order confirmation and it was shipped this morning, estimated arrival next Monday. So, maybe add 3 or 4 days to advertised expected arrival date.
I haven’t ordered from Quill before, their posted return policy is 30 days free returns (they send you a prepaid shipping label. You are required to pack it back in the box with original packing materials.
