These are the expansions for Powerblock Pros and Elites. They expand from 50-70lbs (Stage 2) and 70-90lbs (Stage 3). Just know in regards to Elite expansions, these are only compatible with USA Elite version sold directly on their website, not the USA 2020 version made in China usually sold through Amazon. Cheers!
