Found these while looking to buy some cheap rechargable batteries for some of my outdoor stuff. Yes, these are made from China and NOT Japan, but they are hi-capacity (2400 vs. the regular 2000), and the cost came down to $1.42/battery.

I have a lot of Eneloop batteries at home, but I still buy these cheaper made ones to completely replace those one-time use batteries. I use these mostly for less important stuff (like my ourdoor motion sensor sprinkler).
