27" @ QHD resolution, IPS panel monitor – IPS being desired for accurate color reproduction and great viewing angles.
75 hz is better than the 60 hz monitors you usually see. A 25 percent increase in max hz. Not quite the 144 hz for a FPS gaming monitor but not bad.
