About 2/3 down the page in the "Savings Made Simple" section, there’s a small paragraph saying

Sign up and wait a few hours for the code to show up in your email. Check Spam too. Code works for other configs as well, and I suspect it will work for other models of Dells. It looks to only work for laptops on the dell member page (dell is weird, they have 3 separate pages for home, work, and member. You can tell based on the /member/ in the url posted below for the configuration). With a Dell member account (sign up free with a valid email), you also get a 3% discount that will stack with the 10% coupon bringing the subtotal down to 1322.99 with the config described. I’m not sure if this stacks with their 10% military discount. This does stack with the 5% financing discount code DPA5 which will take 5% off if you use Dell financing which is 0% if paid off in 12 months and gives 6% back in rewards.
