Check this Brickseek linky for current pricing and availability in your area. Prices in my city range from $20 all the way up to the regular price of $72. Still a handful available throughout my area.
I picked up this ladder this afternoon for $30.60, but stores a bit further away from me are showing as little as $20. Good basic ladder for around the house and a good compromise between a 6-foot and 8-foot step ladder.
