Phillips Hue starter kit (3 bulbs and bridge) $69 YMMV – In store only

Was in Inglewood, CA Costco and saw the Phillips Hue starter kit for $69. Had about 15 in stock. Not bad – just paid around $140 a couple months ago.
Similar to the one in the attached link but appeared better?
3 bulbs and a bridge – don’t roast me. First post.
