Yes, its not the 20+20 buck deal, but if you buy the phone and activate later its $189.99. Best price I could find without the Metro jumping thru hoops deal. Its a great basic phone. Its usually paying more if you do not activate. This way its ninety bucks less if you activate later. No,its not a "flagship" but works for me.
