RIDGID 18V OCTANE 6 Mode impact driver – $75 at HD B&M – YMMV

I was in a Home Depot in Newark DE (#1610) and saw the Ridgid Octane 6 mode impact driver on clearance for $75.
Online shows no stock at this store but they had 3 in box when I left.
