Costco Membership Promotion Terms and Conditions
To receive the incentive, you must agree to auto renewal of your Costco membership on a Visa® card at the time of sign-up. If you elect not to sign up for auto renewal, incentive will not be issued. To receive the new member incentive use the single-use promo code on the following page when entering your payment information. Costco is not liable for invalid address entry during sign-up. Promotional Costco Shop Card incentive will be mailed 4 to 6 weeks after sign-up; it will be mailed to the address provided by the member. $40 off any order of $250+ on Costco.com will be emailed 1-2 weeks after sign-up, to the email address on file. Coupon restrictions apply. Limit one promotion per household. Valid for new memberships only. To qualify as a new member, an existing Costco membership must be expired at least 18 months or more. Not valid for renewal of an existing Costco membership or an upgrade of an existing membership to an Executive Membership. Nontransferable and may not be combined with any other promotion. A Costco membership is $60 a year. An Executive Membership is an additional $60 upgrade fee a year. Each membership includes one free Household Card. May be subject to sales tax. Costco accepts all Visa® cards, as well as cash, checks, debit/ATM cards, EBT and Costco Shop Cards. New members must be 18 years of age or older.
