I grabbed the following information from a couple of posts on Reddit:
This is a "Special Order", which means this is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE. I (the redditor) confirmed as much via chat earlier this month. No idea whether they’ll cave on that if you call and complain loudly enough, but at least on paper that’s the policy. So don’t order this unless you’re absolutely certain this is the case you want *and* are willing to wait as long as it takes to arrive.
As an aside, BHPhoto is great with price adjustments. Requested a partial refund when the price dropped $15 and they approved it immediately.
