I saw this in my local Costco. It’s definitely clearance, but I don’t know if it is store-specific, local or regional. This set appears to be a combination of Animal Drawing Set Level 1 + Nature Drawing Set Level 1 in a single box. It is probably a $40 value at normal prices.
