I hesitate to post this because I know this might not be what most people are looking for when searching for a chromebook or laptop, but this was exactly what I was looking for and maybe there is someone else in the same boat.
I actually bought two of these, the first one came like new, I ordered a second a few days ago which hasn’t been delivered yet, but expecting the same quality. Screen is not very bright but its fine for me because it has the matte finish which seems harder to find now-a-days and something I prefer. It is also heavy, but I am willing to live with it because it has good ventilation. I am coming from an Acer spin 713 which recently had a hardware issue which I believe was caused by over heating even though it has a fan…idk, it was fine but definitely not $300+ better than this dell. Keyboard has a nice feel, mousepad has buttons instead of push to click, a little weird but for the price I can’t complain, so far very happy with this purchase.
