Been looking for a vacuum sealer and this seems to be the cheapest Amazon price of all time according to Camelx3.

Has bag roll storage and a cutter built-in. Can seal bags without vacuuming and has a Canister sealing mode but it seems to use a hose attachment that is not included. A Q&A said the Foodsaver hose would work but not sure. If it could re-seal wine bottles I’d buy the attachment.
