Found the Rachio 3 16 zone on sale at P.C. Richard & Son. None of these stores are near me. Had some gift cards for Best Buy so even though this is not listed as a price matched vendor on the BB website, I gave it a shot. They price matched without any question. Free Shipping from either site.
EDIT: Not mentioned here, but the 8-zone is also on sale for $199.99 on the same site. And of course don’t forget to check for a utilities company rebate. My utilities company gives a $50 rebate on this, effectively making my price $180
